Meet Diana Echeverria

After more than a decade in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I’ve seen how compassionate, high-quality care can transform lives. I founded Balance ABA with a deep belief that every child deserves the chance to to express themselves, build meaningful connections, and  to be truly understood. Children diagnosed with Autism are not different, so my goal is to help them find their voice. 

 

What I have learned throughout my years as an RBT and now BCBA,  is that children thrive when their family feels supported, empowered, and heard. That’s why we focus not just on the child, but on the whole family, building a foundation of trust and collaboration rooted in optimism. 

 

Our mission is to bring possibility to families navigating these challenges, offering personalized support that meets each child where they are and helps them grow.
